Hello All,
Based on very helpful information given to me by Elector, I am now at
the following place in my quest to upload Ringtones to my LG VX8300:

I now a MicroSD for my phone AND I now also
have the ability to read and write to it from my PC.
I also have one Ringtone on my PC for purposes of experimentation.
Can you direct me from here?
Do I create a specfic folder on the MicroSD in which to copy the
Ringtone?
If so, what name should that folder be called? (I do NOT have a cable
for this phone - that is the reason I got the MicroSD card.)
THEN, once the Ringtone is saved to the MicroSD and the card is placed
back into my LG VX8300 can you give the steps needed to get it visible
on the phone and, most importantly, how to use it as a Ringtone? Others
I've spoken with tell me that this concept that I'm heading down will
NOT work. I'm hoping they are wrong!
