Nothing postal, just basic arithmetic.

There are not 100 bicyclists with head injuries every day in "any
Chinese city."

365 x 100 = 36,500 head injuries per year in "any Chinese city."

It's unlikely that there is any such carnage.

I suppose that a citation would prove otherwise.
