Wow - I can't believe what a complete and total utter shambles it ended
up (still without a phone at the end of it!). Although the bit that
particular annoyed me was the DHL bit - these delivery companies don't
seem to have even a modicum of sense between them. The whole issue
would have been resolved if they'd just given the driver a quick call on
his phone and got him to turn back round and deliver it. It's not like
you couldn't have given them plenty of ID!
