Nope.

Nope. The internal antennas are fairly omnidirectional (spray RF in
all directions). Your coil will only catch a small part of the signal
on transmit. Maybe 10% coupling if you're lucky.

However, in receive, you could arrange a patch antenna next to the
internal antenna and get close to perhaps 70% coupling.
