Default Buyer Beware indeed!

Yes, they are BAD NEWS. Also, Monarch is probably the WORST company I have ever dealt with as far as Customer Service. I ordered a motherboard/CPU combo from them in July. It shipped with bad RAM (POST errors galore) and had to be returned (Why they needed the whole motherboard back when I did the troubleshooting for them and determined that only the RAM needed to be replaced, I still don't know). Anyway, I didn't see it again for another month when it arrived with better, but still problem RAM (occasional Memtest errors). Monarch then sold me better quality RAM which solved the problem and issued an RMA for the return of the bad memory. It is now December and I'm still waiting for credit from them for the RAM I returned. Numerous phone calls and long times on hold only to be repeatedly lied to ("The check's in the mail!") have completely disgusted me with this company. I strongly advise anyone considering placing an order with Monarch to steer well clear of them.
