Hi Alan,
Depends what price you put on getting a signal! - most Nokias now don't have
an external antenna connection function, so you can't just connect an
antenna to the phone.
You could fit a signal repeater in the building - very effective but
expensive ~ £600 for the kit.
Go to
www.skymasts.com and look for link to Signal+ for all the info.
This product should also be available via O2 buit not sure how you go about
it.
