A friend of mine is interested in some of the deals on 3 that come with
a refurbished handset and a monthly cost of £15 for 300 voice mins and
1000 texts.

3 say: Our "refurbished" handsets represent items returned by previous
customers within the 14 day cancellation period where for example they
have simply changed their mind.

Before re-sale of these products we replace the casing and erase all
data from the memory.


Does anyone have first hand experience of these refurbs? Are they
reliable or do they pack up after a few weeks? 3 give them the same
warranty as a new handset.

Any help would be appreciated.
