4 terminals ? Don't you mean 3 ... or perhaps there are two versions
of this model ?

If you can actually set the clock and it continues to keep time with
the phone left on standby but loses the setting if the phone is turned
off then the problem appears to be slightly low voltage. If you can't
even set the clock at all then the problem is either ridiculously low,
missing or even reversed voltage as I had on the last replacement.
