I used to have an AT&T non-GSM account, and "converted" to a Cingular plan
and a Cingular GSM phone. What color does that make me?

Starting sometime between Friday afternoon and Monday afternoon, I lost my
connection. I have no signal bars, no "Cingular" text on the screen. If I
try to make a call, it just fails, it does not give any other message.

I have a v551 and a v220 doing the same thing. Cingular Service says there
isn't supposed to be any coverage at all where I live, but said nothing
should have changed recently. I drove about 10 miles north, and I got
signal. I even went to the Cingular "my account" page on the v551 browser,
which I assume wouldn't work if I was roaming.

Where are they supposedly having trouble? I have a Cingular network ticket
number, and someone is supposed to call me within 48 hours.
