Re: Possible Vodafone overcharging Hi Mark,
Working for Vodafone, we haven't had any widespread problems with our
billing system, although as mentioned this time of year is a busy one
in terms of text, data and services being used and high volumes can
lead to delays on the network. If you'd like our billing team to do an
eventual recalculation to make sure everything is in order when the
invoice is produced (next month), then please drop us another email
including the relevant security information and, if you wish, a link to
this thread (also, if you leave the short-code FIT135 in the body of
the email this will route you through to a specific team at Vodafone
who monitor customer queries on online messageboards / forums).
To clear up any confusion, data usage will still be included in your
extras pack if the pack was in place on your account 'before' 1st
September 2006 (all new text packs taken out from 1st September 2006
onwards will no longer include data, although the old £40.00 extras
pack is still on offer and does provide 51.1MB of data if required).
Any other questions, please let me know.
