However, the date of this otherwise excellent ringtone-creation tutorial is
Sept. 23, 2004 - so maybe the Motorola RAZR V3 made later can actually play
stereo ringtones. I don't know. If the Motorola RAZR V3 can't play stereo
ringtones, then we're wasting space giving it stereo if it can't handle it.

Does anyone know if the Motorola RAZR V3 can actually play stereo files?
