If you want to see if it really is a connection problem (or if you just
want to check it out anyway), why not give LogoManager Pro Suite a go:
http://download.logomanager.co.uk/prosuite_demo.exe
Even if you don't want to shell out for it, it might be worthwhile
trying to see if you can at least work around the problem.
