The secret is to save as much stuff to the memory card as possible and
only put really essential stuff in the phone.

If you use too much internal memory the phone will not be able to work
effectively. It is essential that you save all your photos and videos
to the memory card as well as games and applications. If the 6233 has
the option to save SMS and MMS messages to the memory card it is a good
idea to do that also.

This is the only way to get the most out of your Nokia phone without
running into the problems you are now.
