I doubt this is possible, but does anyone know of a way to extract the
caller ID on an incoming call to a mobile phone, and get it into some
application running on a PC?

Can some phones send it via their USB interface, or by any other means?
(eg. bluetooth, or intercepting the incoming call somehow?)

It's for a sort of CRM application - already being done with desk phones
and an application running on a PC which talk to the PBX that pops up a
screen when the phone rings and uses the incoming caller-id to identify
the caller, bring up their "file", etc. - I'm just wondering if it's
possible to extend it to mobiles...
