Skagway, AK is probably the exception to the rule. My wife visited
there last June and her Stinkular GSM phone worked there, but my
brother in law's Sprint CDMA phone did not. I assume there is no CDMA
there, unless his phone didn't have a PRL that allowed roaming on
whatever local carrier was there.
