Costco wireless kiosks change their exchange policy When Costco started selling wireless, they had an incredible policy
where you could bring back your phone at any point in the future and get
a new phone. It didn't matter if the phone was defective, or out of
warranty.
I was in Costco today, and they finally have the 325i, which is the
ultimate phone for users that care about coverage. I have the 325, which
lacks Bluetooth. I asked about their exchange policy, and they told me
that they now only exchange defective phones, and that people were
abusing their old policy. However any phones sold under the old policy
still qualify for the old exchange policy. |
