It should be if you have an account which satisfies these conditions:-
1. You have an outgoing CLI - a standard 01 or 02 geo number.
2. You use a provider that doesn't block connections to the 18866 0808
number.

If your internet connection permits the connection of an ATA then I
would strongly advise that you go for an ATA rather than messing with
a softphone and headset.

I would think that you would be better using 18185 instead as their
mobile/international rates are better afaik. It is the same umbrella
company just a different name.
However, if you are using voip why use a landline service?
There are VOIP providers that do 2p/call and that is better than 18866
etc.
Remove 'no_spam_' from email address.
