Well, no, I'm Swedish and I've spent quite a lot of time in Lativa. Very few
persons spoke other languages than Latvian and Russian when I first went
there so I just had to learn some Laatvian. You and me have been in contact
before concerning Latvia and prepaid cards, 5-7 years ago, I think.
