Is there a standard time set that the network should send you your PAC after
requesting it?

I've now had to ask o2 twice for my PAC in the space of 2 weeks and still
they haven't sent me it. Anyone know if there are standards set out?

Also does asking for the PAC count as your notification to leave the
network? i.e. have I jut moved mine on again by 2 weeks because I requested
it again?
