And that if the PAC is used, then notice is backdated to the date you
requested your PAC. Only 1 PAC can be issued per 30 day period.
If your PAC was never issued on your first request (ie. they did
nothing), then requesting it again 2 weeks later would set the
request/issue date at the latter one. However, if they did generate the
PAC but never sent it to you (or it was lost) then they should just
resend the old PAC (as they cannot generate a new one for 30 days). In
this case, the date should be the original date.
That's just my thoughts on it.
