Some of us make a lot of money cleaning up
debris left by EEs and Computer Science
majors. The piece of paper is needed
to show what one has done, but then the
rubber hits the road when one has to perform.
Typically, respond to an assignment and
are met by engineers who have been messing
around for maybe a month, and you're out
of there and back on the airplane in an
hour with a lot of money in your pocket.
Awed engineers will ask "who are you!!
Unfortunately, being good at your job
won't get one much status, and engineers
are brought with H1B visas..But, the piece
of paper is still needed, and good to have.
