Everyone should post every conversation with ANY cellular customer
service genius! This is hilarious!

The silence on the phone every time this customer points out they are
QUOTING, on the phone, INCLUDING THIS SUPERVISOR, .002 cents per KB and
charging .002 DOLLARS per KB..... The supervisor is CLUELESS!
