So you can pay back £120 a year by getting rid of the phone - and
perhaps if you find an alternative cheaper way to travel abroad, you can
pay back more of what you owe.
If the charges were "illegal" - for which the financial services
authority (?) have now set a limit of a £12 charge - you can claim back
all the excess charges.
You have nothing to lose as you're abroad 70% of the time, so it won't
be an issue if they close your account (which they have been known to
do, much to the chagrin of the FSA etc.) |
