Jon - I think the point here is that Orange are taking this guys money
but they don't want to help - Even though they can.
I know what you are saying but at the end of the day, Mobiles.co.uk
are an ORANGE reseller and the 'contract' is with Orange, not
mobiles.co.uk.
Why can't Orange just change the poor guys tariff?
