Very iffy there. You have no legal right to use many wireless networks,
that are clearly intended for you to use.
"a benefit" is also not clearly defined. Is it a "benefit" if you check
your e-mail.
At least they were clear that it is not a crime to gain access to the
network.
They also did not define authorization. It could be argued that
authorization on open networks is granted by default, since this is
widely the case. |
