POE= Power over either net or 802.3af i think is the IEEE standard
I have a 15dBi omni and have tested it on several wireless devices ranging from 30mw to 500mw. The range was 1.5km to 5.7km LOS. Please note that the receiving device was a laptop and could not send back to the source.
