Does anyone have a 16GB or greater phone?

I have a simple question. Does anyone have a sixteen gigabyte cell
phone other than Apple? I did a Google query and the results are not
clear. It appears Sony has a 16 GB memory stick DUO. Do their phones
take this?

Other vendors have released a fast 16 GB memory card for around $320
each. I am not sure of the form factor as this happened only a few
months ago.

It appears that the Toshiba 15 GB memory that Apple uses is 80%
faster than the smaller sizes. Will this make operations on a 16 GB
iPhone faster than an 8 GB version?

Last do you currently own any cell phone that can be expanded to 16 GB
or greater, if so what model? I don't mean by buying eight 2 GB memory
cards which you swap in and out - that is lame. I went that route a
couple of years ago and lost the little SD cards. I even had a windows
PDA that ejected them like toast when you least expected it. A real
crap product.
