jawbone is a bad design.
do not buy a bluetooth jawbone.
they do not care that the design
is faulty. the charger cord will
not stay on the earphone. they
can only be reached by email,
no phone support! takes several
days to hear from them. very
bad experience. do not buy
a jawbone. bad. faulty. no support.

Everyone I know loves them. The only drawback I have found is an
intermittent capability to connect to a desktop for speech dictation.

Maybe you unknowingly bought a clone.

There are reports that the ear clip is poorly made. Breaks easy.

I've seen a couple reports, but they can be replaced easily enough.

I know of two people who have them and use them, both like them.

I have a Nokia BH800, its OK, got it cheap when CompUSA closed its store by
me ($35). It works OK, really haven't found a bt headset I really say I
love. I much prefer while driving using my Garmin GPS for handsfree BT.
