Default Seems like a ruse....

Whenever you make a change to your plan--like upgrading your data--it
becomes impossible to check your usage until the next billing cycle starts.
Since AT&T has a weird pro-rating system, it seems like we have always
gotten stung by this. Is it really that hard for them to post your usage
even if you've made a change? To make matters even more inconvenient--they
also make it impossible to track your usage on all your lines, not just the
one that was changed. Now why in the heck would changing the plan on one
line make it impossible to track data on the other lines that were not
changed????

The wife and I upgraded to smartphones not too long ago. The little
printout they give you in the AT&T store which is supposed to have all
the details of your new plan, as well as the startup and ongoing
costs, is riddled with errors. After all the years they've been in
this business, you'd think they could get these things right.
