Default Activation question

Hi,

someone has offered me a cell phone that was once a pre-paid phone.
Can this phone be activated under an account that already exists that
is not prepaid. All I know is that they are motorolas. Thanks.

if you have a sim that is already on a contract you can pop it in and you
are up and running. Or establish a new contract account and that new sim
will work in the phone. Be aware that when you start a new contract OR
extend an existing contract you get substancial discounts on a new phone.
That is the best time to get equipment!

Or you can use the phone in hand to sign up with no contract which might be
what the OP is looking for.
