Best phone to sync with outlook

I am looking for my next phone and being able to sync with Outlook for
calendar and contacts is very important
I want to say away from the Smart phones, because of the size. I have
considered the Cingular/HTC 3125.

My Nokia works great, with the exception of recurring events

What about Motorola / Samsung? Voice quality appears to be pretty good.
Any have much experience with sync'ing PIM data?
