Reports are popping up all over the internet of a message that is
appearing on Windows Mobile phones when you try to log in to Windows
Live Mssenger. I can confirm I have just tried to log into the service
from my Touch Dual on Vodafone UK and sure enough I received an on
screen message as below:-

Gotta love the spirit of capitalism... I can't wait til they start
charging charging tax per text message and email... the "man" has to get
his piece of the pie.

I always have to laugh when Microsoft finds another way to squeeze a
nickel out of our pocket... especially considering what a philanthropist
Gates is... He's like a digital Robin Hood... steal from the poor... and
give it to the poorer...

They do already. You are taxed on the total bill, including text
messages.
