Default Cingular still fixes IS-136 TDMA

The western part of Roseville MN lost signal strength from about Nov
21st to Nov 27th, with things back to normal today.

I noticed it both driving around, and more dramatically at work, where
I had no service for the first time that I can remember. So I doubt if
analog was working either.

Of course signal strength at work is not why I need my phone.
