This sorry piece of shit will go down as the worst phone ever made and
will bankrupt both Apple and at&t/Stinkular. Good riddance to 'em.

Wow. So Apple ISN'T the only place with videos that
can't play on my Apple computer. This one's worse
than Apple's.

You can always tell when Apple has something good, because these types
crawl out of the woodwork.

That's a flash movie, so you'll need Flash 9 installed and active to see it.

It was revealed in another thread that he's using a 350 MHz iMac, so I
think a lack of CPU power is more likely than a lack of appropriate
codec.

Good "call", Trent. Most of the folks who write tripe don't know what a
put is, don't have the capital to make a financial stance of any size,
and if they did, don't have the cajones to back their words with action.

At the very least, I've never seen a post to my similar challenges to
the effect that "Well, I did, it douchebag, and made $450,000 by
shorting Adobe [or whatever]"

It has nothing to do with hating Crapple. It has to do with having
ZERO respect for people who drool over such an overpriced, overhyped
PHONE without any real user experiences to base their hopeless
optimism on. Please try to keep up, OK.

Yes, it's obvious you don't have any sort of hostility at all toward, as
you call it, "Crapple".

But most site's videos play reasonably well.
Even Apple's videos have perfect sound,
but the image is a high-quality still photo
that changes every one or two seconds.

You-Tube gives me perfect audio and
mediocre video. CNET gives crappy
video and completely drops every other
200 milliseconds of audio.

Do you think it's the videos themselves,
or all the other things happening on those webpages that is the
problem?

Have you viewed a video isolated from those commercial sites?
Do these videos run ok for you: http://thrilltone.com

Apple TV seems to not be doing well. It does seem silly, when a Mini
will do the same things with an HDTV and so much more.

10 years. Wasn't that mac set top box thingie within that time period?

The Pippin. No I never saw one.

Interestingly, it doesn't precisely qualify as an Apple product, as it
was actually licensed to Bandai.

DVI is completely compatible with HDMI.

The same way you stream iTunes from one person's library to your
computer.

what alan said.

I had the dvi to hdmi connection, but VGA is better. The PS3 uses the
hdmi connection on my TV.

And, 'sharing' is what the streaming thing is called.

Tivo does it better than iTunes tho.

None of my iTunes installations are recognized by the PS3, but Tivo sees
everything.

i have one, and that was m ore like a cable box allowing you to "switch

LMAO. Do you have any idea how much cash Apple has in reserve? How many
other already successful, profitable product lines? You're not too
bright, are you? :-D Let me help you be a better troll. You need to try
to mix some truth with rubbish. The above just makes people laugh at
you. Still, maybe that's what you want. You might be the sort of troll
who craves attention of any kind, even if it's mocking or plain pity.

You mean like the user experience of the MacOS? Of the Newton (may have
been a commercial failure - but it rewrote the book on PDAs)? Of the
iPod?

Nah, we've _nothing_ to base our optimism on! LOL!

God it must be awful being as utterly THICK as you are. I mean - you
can't even come up with reasonable troll that I or anyone else with more
than half a brain can pull apart in five seconds flat. Please try better
next time. Make an effort! Come on! You can DO it! :-D

Warmest regards,

Wait, are you trying to make out QT isn't successful? :-D God, I don't
even have to bother refuting that one! LMAO!

You really are not too bright, huh?
