Default iPhone sales still strong

It will be easy to tell when iPhone sales have plateaued out and
Apple wants a sales bump.

Just check the online Apple store in the "Education" section.

Most all computers and iPods are discounted around ten percent for
education buyers.

The iPhone is still undiscounted.

When and if you see it discounted for educational buyers,
That would/could be an indication of inventory levels getting higher
than Apple would like, or a new model is about to appear.

Apple Trolls (from Motorola or England) don't hold your breath.

And Apple (under pain of Sarbanes - Oxley rules) has predicted
total sales of 1 million before the end of October. If Apple hasn't
announced the 1 millionth sale by end of October, check the Education
Store.

Do you know if Apple has any authority to change pricing for educational
buyers under their contract with ATTular?

Personally I've only talked to two people that would buy one, and one of
those tried and couldn't get it activated in the store (AT&T's problem).
He since came to his senses and bought something a 'little more
business and a little less plaything' with better audio output than the
iPhone.
