MyPhoneFiles.com is going free this month

For those who might be interested in this tidbit of news,
http://www.myPhoneFiles.com, the site with the where you can turn music
you already have into ringtones, (plus it does video and photos), is
going to an ad supported biz model, which means the software and the
site will be free. The announcement will happen sometime this month,
but since the software is already available for download.

I have been e-mailing you for several months now at myphonefiles.com, but no reply. You helped me get my custom made ring tone on my phone. Don't know if you remember or not. It was the theme music to "Lassie". I've been thinking about getting a newer phone from verizon, but they say they can't transfer that ring tone over to the new phone. I even printed out your e-mail to me from July 2004, explaining how you reduced the file. Back then you had the same phone I have. You put the completed ring tone in my locker.
Your posting here said that myphonefiles is going to be free. Will there be anyone on the other end to help me like you did? My skills are very limited and I don't want to get a newer phone without somebody to help with getting my ring tone on it.

Can someone please explain why I JUST got an email from myphonefiles thanking me for my $19.95 subscription they jacked from my bank? I didn't authorize this, and I can't find anywhere on the site to call and get this rescinded! This means I'll have to take off work, go to the bank and fill out the paperwork to have this payment stopped I NEVER subscribed previously and can't understand why this happened now if the site is going free?????

You should not have to go to the bank. Mine allowed me to do it on the
phone. My case was almost the same thing. They took the charge off in less
then 5 days.
