I'm an employee of Dobson Cellular, soon to be aquired by AT&T.
I was wondering what kind of employer they are to work for. I was in sales,
moved to phone repair (which got discontinued), and am now working as an
installer of handsfree car kits. It doesn't look like AT&T has any of the
repair or installer jobs.
What about the positions working with dealers or resellers?
I was just hoping someone here could tell me a bit about the positions
available with AT&T and what it is like to work there (if they decide to
keep me around).
Thanks.
Re: (OT perhaps) Any AT&T Mobility employees here?
I work for a Premier Authorized Dealer. From all the changes going on it
appears that ATT is closing all stores that are not corporate stores. With
products like Uverse and Homezone each store MUST sell ALL at&t products.
The corp stores are becoming larger superstores. I do not know each day if
I will still have a job either. Best of luck to you.
