England has different laws that we do stateside.
Here in Houston,Tx it's often easier to find WiFi than 3G, as the ATT
maps of coverage are worthless. Its worse than swiss cheese.
You know of a Burger King or McDonalds, or Library, or Hotel with
WiFi, it'll be there.
