Default sprint

Around here, sprint customers have to talk outside.

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/new..._orlandocrime/

Three teens attacked a 44-year-old man outside a home Sunday night when
he refused to give them his cell phone.

Orlando police said the man was standing in front of the house on Luna
Negra Drive at about 10:30 p.m. when the teens came up and demanded his
phone.

When he refused, the teens began beating him with wooden sticks, until
the man ran into the home and called police.

Hate to think if he had an iPhone...they might have done worse to him to
get it.

On the other hand...they might have just passed him by.

Every time I see someone standing in their driveway talking, or if they
are inside somewhere and having trouble with reception, I say, "I'll bet
you have sprint" and so far I haven't been wrong. They seem so surprised
that I guessed correctly. It's amazing that people will put up with it.

Less than perfect sound surely is better than no sound at all?

The ATT coverage in the Los Angeles and So Cal area doesn't compare to
Sprint. Sprint and Verizon by far have the best coverage in So Cal. The
company the I work for has severzl hundred phones and has done the testing.
Verizon came out #1, Sprint #2, Cingular #3 (a lot of coverage, call drops,
and voice quality problems). We didn't test t-mobile. ATT has a long way to
go to improve coverage in So Cal.

Of all the reasons *not* to want to live in SoCal to get better coverage
doesn't rank high. SoCal is another country in and unto itself. May as
well say "Sprint and Verizon by far have the best coverage in Ecuador"
for what it matters to the rest of the country.
