I have the Nokia 6021i and I'm new to cell phone usage.
I like the phone and it's working fine but the manual is a bit to sparse.
Under the "set profile"- I see normal, silent, meeting, outdoor, "My
profile1" and "My profile2". OK, so when I don't want the phone to ring I
set it to "silent". For any of these choices, it's not obvious what the
"customize" feature does. And, just what exactly happens if you choose
"meeting" or "outdoor"?
If you go to the Cingular Mall with the phone, are you being clocked
minutes? How about if you connect to the other "service numbers" via the
phone?

I have the Nokia 6102. The Meeting setting gives me a vibration for
incoming calls(& I assume other notifications). But I have it vibrate
and ring normally. The Outdoor setting is a louder ring. You can set
up the My Profile 1 & 2 for any other combination of alerts and tones
you might want. Hit customize.
