Default Upgrading to the IPHONE

I am currently on a family plan and are at the end of 2 years.Now if I
wanted to upgrade to a IPHONE,how much would it cost per month?

Cost for data is a flat 20.00 per month. It also extends your contract for
another 2 years.

So thats how much it would be for unlimited data then how many minutes would
I get per month for 20 dollars or would that depend on something else?And
how much would the iphone cost per month total?

That cost is just for data. The min plan is 39.99 for 450 mins.
