Default using ATT 8525 overseas

Basic questions if anyone can help.
I will be taking my ATT 8525 overseas.

When I am in another country, I presume if someone in the US wants to call
me they just call my regular US cell phone number (area code) + number.

1) If I want to call back into the US do I have to dial like an
internatioinal call to the US?

2) If someone in the same overseas country wants to call me on my ATT 8235
do they call me as if they are calling
the US? Or as a domestic call in their country?
Will thy get charged as an overseas call?

3) Am I going to be able to get my POP mail overseas
without any specific re-configuration?

Thank you
