Why can't my Blackberry Bold 900 display caller-ID contact NAMES (not just the phone number)

My AT&T Blackberry Bold 9000 used to display the caller-ID NAME that is in
my contact list but now it just displays the phone number.

I don't know what changed.

Googling, I changed:
- HOME->Settings->Options->Security Options->General Settings->Content
Protection->Enabled was changed to Disabled (and saved).

But the blackberry STILL shows just the phone numbers and not the names
from the contact list (with the very same phone number!).

It's so frustrating.

Does anyone else have an idea what the problem might be that is preventing
the blackberry bold 9000 from displaying names from the contact list based
on the caller id during an incoming call?

If it helps you help me and others with this problem, these are my current
settings:

HOME->Settings->Options->Security Options->General Settings->
- Content Compression = Enabled
- Content Protection = Disabled
- Strength = Strong
- Include Contacts = No

But still, when a call comes in, all I see is the phone number before and
during the call ... but after the call, I see the name from the contact
list (which is too late).

Any idea what settings controls the blackberry contact lookup from caller
id?

Have you tried changing No to Yes in "- Include Contacts = No"?

Have you done a reboot (alt-right_shift-del) or cold boot (battery pull)?
I find many frustrations on the Bold are corrected by clearing the cache in
the browser, or a reboot.

In my blackberry 9000 bold im unable to change,

Options > Security > General Settings. Scroll down to Content Protection > Include Address Book = YES.

There is a lock symbol near Include Address Book = YES and Content Protection = Enabled and im unable to access both of these field.

Please advise
