I really don't want to change to a Cingular plan and so am looking at buying
a new unlocked phone. I was just about to buy a Motorola U6 PEBL, when I
saw notes that said: "Is this Phone unlocked? Yes." ... "AT&T Customers need
to Upgrade to Cingular 64K Simcards." Is this true? Do newer phones
require 64K SIMs?
Re: Will blue att sim work in new unlocked phones?
Yes some phones are not compatible with the older SIM's although you
might want to check moto's web site to see. As I recall there was
never an issue with moto phone it was more with LG & Samsung phones not
being compatible.

Re: Will blue att sim work in new unlocked phones?
Thanks for the information. I bought an unlocked RAZR and it works fine
with my ATT blue SIM.
