Default CF388 EEPROM

I have two Ericsson CF388 phones (the RF interface broke on one, so I
bought another off ebay). The one that I bought was S/P locked, so I
figured if I swapped the EEPROM/FLASH chip with the one in my broken
unlocked phone, everything would be back to normal.

Instead, the phone doesn't power on now. I checked my soldering for
bridges and continuity and it seems okay. Are there any other chips
that I need to swap that contain memory or a serial number that is
verified or something similar? Anyone try this before?

Cheers,
Chris
