Default K750i - disable radio check

Does anyone know how to disable the check that stops one from starting
the radio without a phone attachment plugs in?

but as the headphones are the aerial, would you get anything?

It might be that he wants to access the radio menus and especially the
stored channels list, but actually don't listen to the radio.
