K800i full schematics

Hi all..

i was wondering if anyone can help point me to where i can get/buy
K800i full schematics.
i am doing a study on the circuitry of mobile phones and want to know
the datils of the circuits imployed.. especially related to usage of
diodes.

all i can find on the net is the component positioning/type of the
devices used on K800i phone.
but no schematics..

really hope someone can help me out.

That information, I'm afraid, is not possible to get unless you're an
SonyEricsson employee working at the mobile phone development department,
and even then it will be restricted to only those working with that
particular model, or if the information is stolen, but then we are talking
about industrial spionage. Perhaps you should compile your CV and apply for
a position at SonyEricsson... I'm not sure if they are interested in any
more diode designers though ;-)

Yeah, i figure as much that its classified info...
just hoping somebody somewhere got a misplaced copy of it.. lol!
i was just interested how they employs diode in their circutiry

well i did managed to get my hands on K750 schematics.. well part of
it..
someguy in russia traced it out i think....
so that better than nothing i guess...
