MyPhoneExplorer - unable to view multimedia messages

Sorry if I am missing something obvious with this otherwise great bit of
software but I am new to this procedure and I am unable to view any
multimedia messages on my phone using MyPhoneExplorer.

I can view all 'normal' text messages but not any message which has a photo
attached. Nor can I view a photo which has been sent without a message.

Can someone please advise me how to access the images and photo messages?

I have tried to contact the MyphoneExplorer Forum to ask direct but in order
to send a message I first have to register and the "instructions" are not
written in English so I do not know what is required from me in order to
register. I have found the English Forum but that does not have an option to
register
