send sms in PDU mode using hyperterminal

Hi

I am using K300i. My phone only supply sms in PDU mode. I try to send a
sms to +60125819057 on "hellohello".
Below is the coding in PDU mode:
0011000B910621859150F70000AA0AE8329BFD4697D9EC37

I put AT+CMGS=23, then the sms in PDU mode above and press"Ctr-z".
It result ok, but it is not send to my friend with the mobile phone
(0125819057), in malaysia.
why???? Need some help. Thanks.
