Unknown message symbol

I have the envelope symbol with what seems to be a printer icon
attaced to it.
Never seen it before.
Obviously it's not answerphone, sms, mms, or the '@' symbol which is
email.

What the hell is it?

Any ideas

It might be the "push mail" symbol.
